Customers from any external institution need to establish a cooperation contract with ISTA before services from the Nanofabrication Facility at I.S.T. Austria can be used. Please contact us in case of interest.
Upon establishment of the collaboration contract, we can generate an account in our booking system and initial training by Nanofabrication Facility staff can be requested. The training is compulsory prior to first use of any piece of equipment: Trainings are exclusively carried out by members of the Nanofabrication Facility before any equipment from the Nanofabrication Facility can be used.
